MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND FEES

Individual - $100 before 6/15/07; after that $150
One member – all guests subject to guest fee
Basic Corporate - $300 before 6/15/07; after that $375
Four named members –1 guests/hunt per member without paying guest fee –additional guests subject to guest fee
PAY AS YOU GO PRICES (4/gun min.): Members and their Guests - Pheasants $21; Chukar $16
Nonmembers – Pheasants $25; Chukar $19, Plus Guest Fees
Release 8 or more birds per field and there is no charge for additional birds harvested

Huntin’ Partners - $175 before 6/15/07; after that $225
Two members – all guests subject to guest fee
Gold Corporate - $500 before 6/15/07; after that $600
Four named members – unlimited number of guests without paying guest fees

- Pay for any quantity of birds using the price in next lower column (i.e. For 75 birds use 50 bird price)
- All prepaid birds are to be used between September 15, 2007 and March 17, 2008
- Guest fee is $25/gun
- Active armed forces members and youths under 18 receive complimentary memberships
- Releases of fewer than 8 birds/field are subject to a $10 charge for birds harvested over quantity released.
- Multiple releases of less than the required minimums during one hunt will be subject to a $15 release fee
- Add a 3% convenience fee for all credit card payments

Additional Information:
-Memberships are valid through April, 2008
-Packages may be shared with other club members
-Additional birds are subject to availability
-All package birds must be used before additional birds can be purchased at discounted prices
-Ratio for chukar exchange is 4 chukar to 3 pheasants and quantities must be declared at time prepayment is made
-Chukar/pheasant ratio applies to minimum release
-# 4 shot is maximum size allowed
-Birds not used before dates indicated above will be considered to be donations to our Youth Day fundraiser
-Normal hunts are ½ day - 8AM to 12PM or 1PM to 5PM
-Guests must hunt with at least one member to get member pricing
-Dog handlers and dogs are available for $20/hr (+tip), 3 hour minimum
-Harvested birds may be exchanged for cleaned birds for a $3 fee
-Non toxic shot is required in most hunting areas
