HUNT PACKAGES
PRIVATE HUNTS
Private hunts are available to members and non-members. With these hunts, your hunting party will be the only ones using all the upland hunting areas on the entire 210 acre preserve. You can use as many of the areas as you want, depending on your specific hunting style.
The size of your hunting party is only limited to the number of hunters you feel safe with. There are no fees based on the number of hunters. Properly managed, 30 or more hunters can split into groups of 4 to 6 and hunt different areas of the preserve while respecting each others safe hunting space.
With all-day private hunts, your hunting party will have exclusive use of the clubhouse and bird cleaning area. With half-day private hunts, the clubhouse and bird cleaning area will be available for use by both morning and afternoon groups before and after the designated 4 hour hunting times.
HALF HUNTS
Twelve bird "half" hunts include six pheasants and six chukar hunted on half the preserve for half a day, with a maximum of six hunters in your party. These hunts can be scheduled within two weeks of your desired hunting date if there are no private hunts scheduled at that time.
MINI HUNTS
Mini hunts are available when there are no private hunts scheduled and fields are available. You can reserve a field for these hunts the day before the hunt or call the same day to find out if there are open fields. You will be assigned a designated area to hunt with a minmum release of four pheasants. There is a maximum number of four hunters in your party.
OTHER STUFF
Light snacks, soft drinks and bottled water are available in the clubhouse. Cooking facilities are available for your party’s use or catered meals can be arranged. Overnight accommodations are available in the clubhouse for up to 10 individuals. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages for after the hunt relaxation if you’d like.

- Skinned breast fillets only: $3.00
- Skinned breast fillets, thighs and legs: $3.50
- Whole bird skinned: $3.75
- Whole bird plucked: $9.00
Overnight Accommodations in the Clubhouse:
- $25.00/room (3 available) plus $25.00/person (maximum of 10)

Note: All prices subject to 5.5% sales tax. A 3% convenience fee is applied to credit card charges.
Reservation Information
Unlike other preserves and hunt clubs that book multiple hunts at the same time, your party will be the only one using the entire area. Therefore, there are a limited number of openings. We recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible, especially during the busy season and on weekends.
A $200 deposit will confirm your reservation date. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to a different day if severe weather conditions make hunting impossible i.e. cold blowing all day rain, cold with below zero wind chills or hot humid over 80 degree temperatures. If you need to change your hunt date for other reasons, you may do so without forfeiting your deposit if your request is confirmed more than 5 days before your original reserved date. If you cancel a reserved hunt with adequate notice, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to fill your date. We accept names to be on a waiting list for dates and times that have already been reserved.
